Mexican Fiesta Soup

Yield: 4 servings



In a large saucepan, combine the salsa, black beans, corn, turkey and broth. Bring to a full boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Top each serving with sour cream and cilantro.
