Roasted Ginger Glazed Carrots

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place carrots into a large casserole dish and coat with olive oil. Add ginger, cardamom, garlic salt, and black pepper over carrots and toss to coat evenly. Bake in oven for one hour or until carrots are tender.
