A different way to top an English muffin!
Yield: 4 sandwiches
| 1 1/2 | cups | cottage cheese | |
|  | |||
| 1/2 | cup | wheat germ | |
|  | |||
| 2 | Tablespoons | chopped chilies | |
|  | |||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | basil, dried and crushed | |
|  | |||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | oregano | |
|  | |||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|  | |||
| 4 | English muffin halves, toasted | ||
|  | |||
| 4 | tomato slices | ||
|  | |||
| 4 | cheddar cheese slices | ||
|  | |||
| Minced parsley | |||
|  | |||
Combine cottage cheese, wheat gern, chilies, basil, oregano and salt and mound on English muffin halves.  
On each muffin, place a slice of tomato and criss-cross with 2 strips of sliced Cheddar cheese.  
Broil 3 to 4- inches from source of heat until cheese melts.  Sprinkle with minced parsley.
